World of Warcraft: Top guild in WoW gets Arena team

By: Trevor Schmidt - Published February 21, 2008 at 6:47 PM EST - Writer Archive
Nihilum made it official picking up their Arena team moving forward.
The World’s top PVE, player versus environment, guild officially announced its new Arena team. Nihilum’s claim to fame largely came from its successful downing of many of Europe’s first PVE Bosses including Lady Vashj (SSC), Kael’thas Sunstrider (TK) and finally Illidan (BT) the current end boss of the game on June 5th, 2007. Much of the WoW community followed their progression through mmo-champion.com.

Nihilum’s move into Arena wasn’t a huge surprise as the official team had been carrying their name for a while. Recently they placed second in a 5v5 local Battlegroup tournament. Cyclone, the battlegroup home of Nihilum, currently has them rated as the 5th best team according to Blizzard rankings of 5v5 with a 2369.

The seven man roster of the team will allow them to compete at every play style including 2v2, 3v3 and 5v5.

Netherlands Phixus (Priest) Team Captain
Slovenia Hammee (Warrior)
United Kingdom Cherez (Hunter)
Denmark Dreadlol (Warlock)
United Kingdom Beasteh (Druid)
Denmark Slot (Shaman)
France Heero (Paladin)
