The xLoCup has returned under new sponsorship, with a brand new automated system, two weekly tournaments, and upgraded prizes.

Each week there will be an American tournament hosted on Saturday, with the top three winning various SteelSeries products. The following day will hold the European tournament, where the winner will take home €250. Players from either continent are eligible for both tournaments.

Unfortunately this week, there was a problem with the automated system just before the European tournament on Sunday, resulting in a cancellation. However, apm went on to win the American tournament in convincing fashion, bulldozing his way through the competition without dropping one map.
