North America - The season is over, the playoff run is behind us, and now it's time to see who's strong enough to hold up the TGL Season 1 6v6 Open crown. It's the battle of the undefeated clans, with SAC taking on xensity for the championships while dm and O~ wrestle of 3rd place table scrabs.

UPDATE: XEN takes down SAC in two straight runs on cp_dustbowl in a match mired by pauses and disconnects!

UPDATE: dm has taken down O~ by a score of 2-1 to claim 3rd place!

Predictions:
Delectable Meats v Balloons - Consolation Finals (3rd/4th Place Runoff)
Whether it was too much faith in SAC or too little faith in O~, last week's match against SAC was a nail-biter to say the least, coming down to a final overtime cap by the victor to take the win. I tip my hat to you, Balloons - I didn't think you had the right stuff, but you came within an inch of scoring a major upset and coming from a distant 5th seed to land in the finals, and for that I applaud you.. if not go further.

dm's gotta be hurting after being just straight up beaten by Xensity. Coming in as the favourites, I think they were caught looking ahead to the SAC match (not to take anything away from xen) and just couldn't claw their way back. It'll be a lot tougher to get up for this one after such a shortcoming, so much so that I think O~ will win it out based on a lack of motivation on dm's part.

Sorry Ass Clan v Xensity - Grand Finals
Wowie, here comes xensity! While SAC struggled their way through a damn close Semi-Final, xen- earned a lot of cred with me after that solid win last week over dm, a proven top dog. Both teams are undefeated - kinda fitting for a tournament final, no? I could flip a coin, read tarot cards or ask my imaginary pet monkey Steve, but they'll tell me the same thing - whoever's got more mo is gonna take this one, and right now that's xensity, no doubt about it.
