This will be an interesting match. Both teams have solid players. One thing I want to point out right now before I waste any more breath on this prediction is the fact that x6 has an advantage on this game because of their demoman, NightMare. We all know by now that push maps are very dependent on the demo's performance. This guy has proven in many tf2 matches to be one of the best demomen in this game and will definitely play a huge role on how x6 plays out in this match to come.
However, carnage and saber of Eximius are one of the deadliest scout duo's in tf2 and they will pose a great threat to x6 I guarantee this. If x6 wants "the edge" in winning this game, they will need to run justin sniper to keep Eximius's scouts on their toes. That should lay the attention off NightMare for a while so he can do some serious work if you know what I mean. Even though this looks like a close match up, I am going to have to give this one to x6.
Check-Six over Eximius 5-4
Look for: yaug diggity to hold it down as soldier like he always does and Ruwin to somehow get a few needle kills like a pro nerd he is. Also look for TecH to cost x6 a round by randomly going afk to chug 2 beers simultaneously through his webcam so we can think he is cool.
Lets see...just by looking at the roster, it looks like Friendly Faces is a mix between nirvDamage and cri which probably doesn't mean anything against Veneration, but I wanted to point that out anyway. Chro is a pretty decent demoman and should be able to lock down FF pretty well. If Napalm snipes in this match like he did in quake 3 fortress back in the day, then Friendly Faces might as well call their selves Sad Faces because that's the look they will have at the end of the game.
FF is a fairly new team put together. > has been around for a while now and I'm sure their teamwork is up to par. If Friendly Faces want any chance at winning this game they will have to diversify their strategies midgame to hopefully throw off their opponent. Veneration will take this game.
Veneration over Friendly Faces 5-1
Look for: Xaj to briefly pause the game every time he dies in the match to rage on vent amongst his teammates and discuss his infamous tf2 drill lessons.
This is going to be an absolute rape fest. I really have nothing to say in this match up, sorry //NR. I included Makaveli on the possible lineup because I wouldn't be surprised if xen goes all out and just has mak snipe throughout the whole game while using just 1 soldier, which will probably be dinan. Xensity has amazing dm talent and they will take this victory with ease.
Xensity over Northern Resistance 5-0
Look for: solidsnake to juggle //NR's rocket jumping soldiers with pipes while Makaveli finishes them off with midair head shots, stealing all of snake's kills in the match. poor solid.
The last match up is Devastation against Pandemic. I am not going to do a writeup on this game because I actually play for dev now as demoman and my predictions for my own team would be unnecessary. I will tell you this however, it will be a close and interesting match.
There are other match ups of course for week 3-1 but I did not post the predictions since they will be forfeit wins/losses against teams that are no longer or dead. i.e. Sway vs Adrenaline Gamer
Ouch, looking at the Ven-FF logs, that last round win by Ven hurt baaad.. FF had them on their last point for a good while before getting swept back :/

I would be frankly surprised if NR ran that lineup
Nicely done, vir - next time just submit it in the community section (link below) and I'll publish for you :)
