With mainly being known as a PC Gaming team for the past three years we have decided to take the plunge again into the competitive console market. We watched another great season of Major League Gaming Halo 2 go by so we gave it thought to pick up another team. The MLG 2006 season and Halo 2 itself are on the horizon for great things this year with a lot of prize money to be given away. Our goal was to find a top team with good communication and a solid roster of players. After looking into many top players and teams we have finally decided on our new halo2 team. Without further delay here is the new CheckSix.halo2!!

When asked about the decision, team manager Guru had this to say:

"Everyone on the team is very excited that CheckSix has chosen to sponsor XiT Woundz for the upcoming MLG 2006 season. CheckSix is one of the best known E-Sport teams out there and exactly the type of partner we were searching for. We are looking forward to putting the CheckSix name at the top of the Halo 2 leaderboards."

The MLG 2006 Season kicks off next month in NYC April 21-23rd, at the Meadowlands Exposition Center. We are looking for a strong year with this team as they have definitely proven themselves to be a top four team in MLG. So please welcome the new players to the family as it is going to be an exciting year watching these guys play and continue the winning success they have had.
