Jeff "hi2u.Fanta" Tang is what to believed as one of America's rising DotA stars. He formed team hi2u a long time ago, one of North America's top teams. "When I was in ck6, I did not like how the team was ran, so I decided to resign and make my own team." His team recently got sponsored by the inhouse league organization, DXD (DotA Extreme Domination). With this sponsorship, Fanta and the rest of hi2u hope to expand their good experiences together.

Aside from his team Fanta is one of the administrators for DXD League on West. "Even though I still care and spend a lot of time with my team, I dedicate my free time for DXD league whenever I get a chance." The hi2u players play DXD games together frequently aside from scrimming. They also analyze replays and lineups together, something not a lot of teams have mentioned before. "Sometimes we watch replays together as well, so we could analyze our mistakes and improve our strategies."

The team was just sponsored recently so they do not know what the sponsorship will bring them. They hope to attend the large American DotA LAN that eMg is planning. "My team definitely has a shot at the lan tournament, so hopefully our sponsor would send it!" Fanta explained that the team is happy with the sponsorship, they would rather have all the attention from an organization rather than join a multi-gaming team.

Team hi2u is currently competing in HTGN NA Pro, MYM Prime Defending, the GGC Tournament and CGESA. "For HTGN, we're currently rank 1 and undefeated in pro division. MYM, we're currently in the group stage, lost one so far. In the GGC tourney we haven't played many games yet." The team recently faced an upset in Prime Defending losing to the Ukrainian team, Chatrix. "Most of our players including myself did not perform the best we could. Not to mention that we did not use 5 starters." Now that Fanta has recently returned from vacation, the team hopes to bounce back and score some wins.

When Fanta created the team it consisted of players; Tinwong, ish and wtfmate. Since then the team has faced many roster changes, and was even recreated. "At first it was Me , so-tastee, hilger, raider, nukez and chouji." Eventually tinwong quit and the hi2u roster changed. "Hi2u.blowout, hi2u.drf, and hi2u.kiky were the three newest hi2u members. All three of them are great players and they were a great addition to our roster." Jeff hopes to achieve something with team hi2u to prove they are one of North America's top teams. Now with a solid and stable roster the community is anxiously waiting to see how hi2u will perform.
