“After the success of our last two movie contests, there was no hesitation in bringing this classic event back for another run” said Charlie Plitt, CEO. “With over 50 submissions, 10,000 votes from the community, and over 500,000 downloads, these events have truly touched a global audience.”

Each valid and complete entry will be posted on the internet for viewing by the public. From September 1, 2008 to September 15, 2008 the public may go to the CEVO Movie/Wallpaper Contest Voting Page to vote for their favorite entry. Votes are limited to one per person or IP address.

- Top 10: Free entry into a CEVO event of your choice ($20.00 value)

If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, CEVO LLC and AMD/Sapphire reserve the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion.

Eligibility and Limitations: Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. or Canadian residents at least 15-years old. Persons may enter as many times as they like, however only one (1) prize per household for this Contest will be awarded. Release: By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against CEVO LLC and AMD/Sapphire, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.

Conduct and Decisions: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of CEVO LLC and AMD/Sapphire personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.
