Why does it seem most of the best pro's all use large crosshair? some examples would be, neo, spawn, zet, forest, edward, etc. Is there some kind of reason for this?
its a trend that im guessing swedes started but really
small makes ur eyes focus on that crosshair so much and it makes u wanna get a headshot with it with large its just relaxed and bam headshot nah what i mean? it also feels better spraying with it.
everytime i use it it feels weird to me, it makes longer range a btch. I'm used to being able to get the first burst off and getting a headshot, with large im horrible at long range, but I find it easier to headshot people close range.
I'm just asking because it seems like the best aimers in the world use large 640 and I was wondering if theres some reason for besides that they find it easier to spray cause i find medium easier to spray with.
I think it is very much like #8 said. Small makes you burst a lot more and generally concentrate on the crosshair. That is not a good thing to do, you should watch what you are shooting on and where your bullets are going or you will lose the target and generally miss more :o)

# 14 Depends on the map really...Each map has a different amount of long range situations and vice versa. I'd recommend going along where your spot is on certain maps. Use whatever is comfortable, I used to use small but moved to medium and have been using it ever since.
Don't change your config just because pro players use different stuff then you.

there's actually a lot of pros who use small and even medium most of them would easily be able to perform as well if they played with a different crosshair size, but obviously it all comes down to preference. lame as it sounds, use what you think looks best

in a scrim what situations are you in more? close or long range, if your in long range your doing something very wrong.
