So..... reformatted again, when i run Cs 1.6 with no refresh rates, just default 60, cs runs semi-smooth. Like going around corners, turning around etc. its smooth. When i put -freq 100 or 120 I get 99 fps, but i get a lot of choppiness going around corners. Any ideas? I have nvidia, and reforce tool both set to 100 hertz and -freq 100. But still i get some laggy issues moving my mouse looking around. Thanks for the help,.
What mouse do you reccomend? I have tried that Intelli Mouse or w/e and The scroll is so lose that if i press left click or such the scroll will drop, and i jump, ( i.e my scroll down is jump) and i hate razor products...
