obama made a large mistake by saying he won't respect pakistan's sovereignty by going after taliban if they won't
jesus christ that's such a complex issue and he just addressed it with one sentence. he answered the question with one sentence and blabbed about how the iraq war is wrong
also if mccain says my friends one more time...and needs to stop attacking obama so much
#12 i dont think it was a mistake, it was a calculated move, he tried to give the image that he's willing to be aggressive when it's necessary and justified. I dont think many people will read it like an issue with pakistan's sovereignity
mccain fell in the polls in four major battleground states the past week (north carolina included, a state bush won each time by something like 16 points) and his campaign has stated that he will be taking a more aggressive stance, so his personal attacks are likely the result.
they're both doing fine, i think, minor (and one or so major) mistakes aside. obama is probably my guy come november but mccain is a better debater than people give him credit for...my friends.
Mccain has to attack obama because thats all he has got.... He is losing in the polls. Even though I think polls are fking dumb seriously who are you polling because you arent polling me
Mccain has absolutely no change of winning this election. Also to whoever said only rednecks vote for Mccain is an idiot. I live in southern California and prob 75% of my poli sci and government classes at college are voting for Mccain, including me, even though it is California :/
although #22, i wonder if it will be offset by the palin effect. even less than half of the republicans polled consider her VP worthy, around 1/3 pres worthy
ya #22, i heard they started doing automated polls over the phone or something i guess, because people are less likely to be racist to a computer than a real person haha
yeah palin is just... inexcusable as a vp pick. so far all it has gotten mccain is the endorsement of feminist parties and energized the base. great. thanks for reaching out to moderates.
i'll still be voting for mccain, but i just hate, hate palin. at least she didn't screw up in the vp debate.
debate
and on a sidenote, i think hes said "my friends" over 9000 times already
McCain is a doofus and will not be a good president.
"Gentleman, if you may not have noticed we have fancy lights around the studio..."
only rednecks voting for mccain
