so im thinking of getting either a HD555 or a HD595. The 595 has better frequency ranges but it doesn't have surround sound, wereas the 555 does. is it really worth the extra $100, or should i go with the 555.

#10 the only major diffrence i see between the 555 and 5hv2 i see is the Frequency response.

5hv2: 16 - 28,000Hz
HD555: 15 - 28,000Hz

so is it possable (with the help of an equalizer) to make the 555's sound almost the same as a 5hv2.

i would advise u to go for a headset specifically designed for gaming, like the pc-166s

are the hd555's surround sound? if so will they sound similar to the 5hv2.
