it's the only broadband available in my area (besides Quest DSL which, around here anyway, happens to be garbage).
I've had comcast before, but on this new install it's funny, 8 mbps line
I was just dl'ing a file at 1.6 MB/s while torrenting, yet I get terrible routing (75 ping instead of about 30-40) to texas and chichago servers....at least i ping decent to west.
long story short, if it's available in your area get fiber optic internet, i envy u guys :P
but it makes me mad because comcast will never do anything about this, the customer service representatives won't even understand what i'm complaining about roflmao
