Hi, I'm just wondering if there are any good servers out there that are 50$ or less. I'm willing to spend at least 40-50$ on a server. Should I get an Aim2game Server (500 fps ? 1000 fps? ) or should i got stealthserver ? I heard stealthservers are good and bad, or sometimes you get the "bad" stealthserver or "good" stealthserver by luck. I also heard many issues about Aim2game servers but I'm not really sure. so you guys know any good servers for LA ?
i had 2 aim2games in chicago and they were great, then i got a new york it was shit. Really i think its more of the luck of the draw, is your server on an overloaded box or not. And every company overloades boxes. But id say its better to go with less known companies because their less likely to overload their boxes
why not just 10 slot stealthserver for 50$/month 1000 fps? I don't think I need 12. Plus if you get HLTV they will add another slot right? so 11 slots with free hltv?
You don't want to get 10 slots because you never want to max out users on your server. It makes the server run slower when it's at max capacity.
Also If you want HLTV you will HAVE to buy 11 slots. An HLTV takes up a player slot and they dont give you a free slot for buying an HLTV.
So if you buy 12 slot private (like everyone) you have 1 slot taken up by HLTV +10 players that leaves you 1 extra slot which is good so your server isn't maxed out on users. :)
