Only one round away from the Championship Finals, which teams have what it takes?
If all the talk of who had the easier path to the final four has not ended already, it is certain to cease this Monday night. makeSHIFT gaming, a long shot to reach the final four, has been turning heads lately with their solid play and impressive teamwork. They rolled over the west coast 20ID group without any trouble and they are looking to keep their winning ways alive. There aren't any question marks floating around when discussing the talent of their opponents this round, however. 50calibre is a top notch team who sealed that fact beyond the shadow of a doubt in round three by dispatching Nexus: Team Gruffalo 13-1. They are coming into the final four with a full head of steam and show no signs of slowing down.

On the other side of the bracket is another team who many people are surprised to see in the final four. FX sent home Coalition this past round, a group considered by most to be this tournament's dark horse. FX's road doesn't get any easier either, as they are going head to head with Guardians, the majority favorite to win the tournament. The Guardians roster is stacked with skilled and experienced players throughout, and they are one of the few teams lacking any noticeable weakness. Not only will the winner here go on to play the winner in the 50cal vs. mSHIFT match, but the two losers will play each other as well in order to determine third place. The matches are set to start at 9:00pm EST Monday night.
