Is anybody shocked to see Evil Geniuses retain their position at the head of the class? Of course not. These guys have won everything they have competed in lately, building an impressive streak of championships that rivals any former CoD great. Likewise, it comes as no surprise that their perennial runner-up, Team Pandemic, lock up the two spot. Pandemic were second in the first top ten poll, second in CEVO-P, second in TGL-P, second at NERV 2, and it is only fitting that they remain in second on this updated list. However, both EG and Pandemic will be making the trip to Europe soon so we are likely to see them continue to go at it. Coming in at number 3 is MoBgaming. While the team may be dead now, they were alive during polling and they were certainly alive during the time that the poll considers. Despite their disappointment at NERV, MoB had a reputation as one of the best and they held to this name one final time in TGL-P playoffs where they were two rounds shy of defeating EG 2-0.
Typically, the top three vote getters are noticeably separated from the rest of the field and then there is a race between fourth and fifth. That is clearly not the case this month as 50cal, formerly Dynamo, fall into the four spot a single point shy of MoB. Regardless, with MoB out of the picture presently, 50cal may rightly consider themselves to be the third best team in North America. Moving down the list we see x3o and FocaL in fifth and sixth respectively. These two clubs have been on the scene competing in top divisions together since early on. Making their first showing on the rankings at number seven is MoBdeep. Here is a team that received as many top five votes as they did tenth place votes. Clearly, the community is split on where to rank the third place NERV finishers in the wake of their roster overhaul.
The final three teams join MoBdeep in being new to the list. Iconic, formerly Sinister, retooled their roster following NERV, gained entry to CEVO-Professional, and have been impressive of late. They, like MoBdeep, have ample opportunity to move right up through the rankings pending a successful CEVO-P season. Despite having only matched twice, Sirefrosty’s new club chalks up the ninth position. Will this new team reclaim the former glory of their 20id.CoD2 days? Coming in at ten is another new addition to CEVO-Professional, Seraphic. After roster issues surrounding NERV, this side has regrouped and will be taking CEVO-P very seriously in an attempt to climb the ladder. With the league beginning one week from today, all eyes will be on North America’s best as they battle it out twice a week. Just outside of the top then this time are Esomenic, makeSHIFT, Maingear, and Legacy.

Consistency is the order of the day as the new MYM squad take the top spot in our latest European rankings. Despite the fact that they have yet to place first at a major event, MYM have shown a staying power that rivals Dignitas and fnatic have yet to display. Although at least one win is likely to be needed this Summer for the UK side to hang on to the top spot, for now they deserve it after two great performances at CDC4 and i33. Second place fnatic were perhaps unlucky at i33, losing twice in overtime, but will have been devestated to finish outside the top three and it has cost them the top spot here. The return of Rickard "zEm" Intveld will surely improve the team in the long run but it looked like i33 came too soon for fnatic.
Dignitas on the other hand looked unstoppable at i33 but another strong performance is needed to confirm the potential of their new lineup. Bas "SKO" Dirks has been a revelation for the side, taking them from outsiders to champions with a style of play that allows the likes of "Blackmane" and "Raz" to really shine. eSuba take the fourth spot after Dignitas following their eminently impressive performance at CDC4. With so much talent on their roster, the Czechs are a definite dark horse to take home a major title this Summer. The side formerly known as oXmoze take fifth after a string of consistent finishes.
Two big names sit in sixth and seventh, TEK9 and SK-Gaming. Both are undeniably talented but have yet to really step up when it counts. TEK9 in particular have been wraught with inactivity and were forced to use a stand-in at i33, seeing them drop five places from the last Call of Duty rankings. LowLandLions in eighth are in a similar position, their big lineup change has cost them in the rankings and they need to perform this Summer to stay in the top ten. Ninth placed Roskilde performed admirably at both CDC4 and i33 but just need to work on their mentality in playoff matches if they want to keep growing. Finally, EXABYTE sit in tenth after a strong showing at i33 and honorable mention goes to DCC-Gaming for their performance at CDC4.
